ELO Tractor & T.I.R. Flasher are used in vehicles in which a single or double trailer may be attached.

Flasher measures the current constantly to determine if there is a trailer attached. If there is no trailer attached to the vehicle, the flasher carries 2 x 21W on directional lights and C/C1 terminal allows a single pilot lamp to flash. If one of the bulbs are malfunctioning or in case of a bulb lower than 21W, the flasher has the ability to warn the driver with an increased speed while functioning.
 
In cases which there is a single trailer attached to the vehicle, flasher determines the trailer through additional 3 x 21W current and informs the driver by lighting a second pilot lamp through C2 terminal. In such instances both pilot lamps flash simultaneously.

When ELO 203.106.002 and 203.106.022 flashers are used, and there is a second trailer attached to the vehicle, additional 4 x 21W current will be measured by the flasher indicating there is second trailer attachment. In such cases, the flasher will activate the third pilot lamp through terminal C3. Just as in other scenarios, all the pilot lamps will flash simultaneously.
 
All Tractor & T.I.R. Flasher terminals are 6,3 mm. plug-in terminals. Flasher come with dust-proof and water-proof option.
