The most important feature of the ELO Electronic Flasher - Solid State, which can also be used with the LED signals, is that it is completely composed of semiconductors. Thus, unlike many other flashers, the structure does not contain any moving electromechanical parts, so it is not subject to any wear or tear. As a result, the product's life expectancy is basically endless, unless there is any external physical interference.

Due to this feature, it can be used as beacon light for special vehicles such as heavy duty vehicles.It is also suitable for road warning signs or for flashing warning light plates to mark the danger zones. Another feature of this flasher is that it is completely silent due to the absence of moving parts. Furthermore, the product has a short circuit protection. In the event of a short circuit ELO Solid State Electronic Flasher  detects the short circuit and cuts the current immediately. Thus, it protects itself and the cables and fuses it is connected to. It maintains its normal operation after the short circuit has been cleared.

This flasher carries 2 x 21W + 3W on directional lights, and 4 x 21W + 2 x 3W on hazard lights. It is designed for vehicles with seperate pilot lamp for each direction (double pilot lamp). All 3 Terminals of the flasher (49, 49a, 31) are 6,3 mm. plug-in terminals.  The flasher is exact replacement for German production vehicles (49,49a, 31). It can be used in cars of other origins with simple cross wiring.
